During my journey to building the #1 resource for poly bag information I’ve come across tools that have helped me impletment my stategies. This page will serve to organize the resources I’d like to highlight and recommend if you have a need in their specific niche.

Blogging:

Blue Host - 100% of my sites are hosted on Blue Host. They have great customer service, an easy to use interface, and it’s only $6.95 a month for a year subscription (Note: You get charged the 12months in advance).

WordPress.org - This is the publishing platform I use to maintain my sites.  Wonderfully easy to use with great features and support. You can also visit wordpress.com for free domains.

The Best Spinner - The #1 Article spinning software on the web. This has helped me save A LOT of time writing articles by rewording my previously written posts. I can create mutiple “spins” and submit them to various article directories without having to worry about duplicate content.

Marketing Samurai - This is a great program that I used to do keyword research for my posts. If I need ideas to write about I’ll use Market Samauri to see what people are searching for relating to the poly bag industry and plastics bags.

 

Outsourcing:

Fiverr - This is a great site where people will do various tasks for only $5. That is a great deal! “The Poly Bag Pro” logo was created by a designer I contacted on Fiverr.

PayPal - The internet standard for purchasing products or transferring funds online.

 

Industry Information:

Plastics News - This is my #1 resource for plastic and poly bag industry news. A great trade magazine with interesting and engaging articles.

PolyPak America – This is the company I work for. You’ll notice I often site them and their products in my post. I feel comfortable listing them as a resource because (1) I’ve learned a majority of what I know about plastics and poly bags from my coworkers and customers and (2) I 100% stand behind the products we make. We aren’t always the cheapest but we will ALWAYS be of the highest quality.

Books I Love:

How to Have Confidence and Power in Dealing with People - An exceptional book with some great ideas on dealing with people. Even though it was written 50+ years ago it still has some very insightful ideas that work. Highly recommended!

Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking – I am a huge Malcolm Gladwell fan. This was a wonderful read full of insightful concepts. My takeaway? Trust your gut feelings.

Think and Grow Rich - A truly amazing book and one I highly recommend. Napoleon Hill was well ahead of his time when writing this and I still practice many of the things I learned from him.

 

Influential Blogs:

Smart Passive Income With Pat Flynn – This is easily my most visited blog. Pat has done an amazing job showcasing his journey towards developing blogs and passive income. Many of the things I do on this site was directly learned through Pat’s site.
